Final payment is typically due prior to the wedding date unless otherwise stated in your service contract.

We accept payment via check or bank transfer.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate event details and schedule
Cooperate with our team on the day of the event
Secure necessary permissions for venue access and filming
Ensure that all participants are aware they may be recorded
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by client inaction or miscommunication.
4. Intellectual Property
All videos, footage, and content created by Cassidy Mae Films, LLC remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-commercial license to share and display their wedding videos for personal use. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is not permitted without our prior written consent.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations may be subject to additional fees.
The retainer fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds (if applicable) are at our discretion based on the terms outlined in the service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in every project, we are not liable for:
Acts of nature, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances
Equipment failure despite regular maintenance
Missed shots or moments due to guest or vendor interference or time constraints
Loss of footage due to events beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
